Located on Beşiktaş’s Ihlamurdere Street, the Ihlamur Pavilion was built in 1703 upon Sultan Abdülmecid’s order. A single-storey, rectangular structure built using cut stones, The Ihlamur Pavilion was designed as a Ceremonial Kiosk. Today, Ihlamur Pavilion is used as a recreation site frequented by those who want to rest, have breakfast, or read a book in lush nature. This recreation site consists of three sections: the Hacı Hüseyin Vineyard, the Garden of Love, and the Ihlamur Pool Section.
The Ihlamur Pavilion, nestled on Beşiktaş’s picturesque Ihlamurdere Street, stands as a serene testament to Ottoman architectural splendor. Commissioned by Sultan Abdülmecid in 1703, this elegant structure boasts a single-storey, rectangular design crafted from meticulously cut stones.
