An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. It lets you add a data package without inserting a physical card and use mobile internet abroad.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models support eSIM. If your phone's settings offer an option to add an eSIM, or an EID number appears when you dial *#06#, your device is compatible. The phone must not be carrier-locked.
When should I install my eSIM?
Installation needs an internet connection, so we recommend installing your eSIM before you travel, while connected to Wi-Fi. Your package starts when you begin using data at your destination; packages that start at purchase are marked when you choose a package.
How do I receive my eSIM?
Once your payment is complete, the setup details are sent to your email within a few minutes. Install with one tap using the button in the email, or scan the QR code from another screen. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.
Will my own number and WhatsApp keep working?
Yes. The eSIM is used for mobile data only; your main line stays on your phone. WhatsApp and other apps keep working with your existing number.
Can I buy eSIMs for more than one person?
Yes. Each phone needs its own eSIM — just increase the quantity when choosing a package. The setup details for each eSIM are listed separately in the email.
