• Arriving passengers with a reservation must apply to the Meeting Points visibly located in front of the passport control points at International Terminal 1 and International Terminal 2 and present the reservation record to the CIP officer.

• Directing the booked passenger to the passport control point.

• Passing the passenger whose CIP reservation is accepted through Passport Control without the accompaniment of a CIP officer

• Escorting the passenger, who is met by the CIP officer by name behind the Passport Control point, to the baggage claim hall.

• Free of charge baggage waiting and loading of baggage onto the trolley by Porter.

• The passenger leaves the baggage claim hall with the baggage carried by Porter and the CIP officer waiting behind the gate invites the passenger to the Elite Lounge&Service Int. Arrival Lounge.

• Termination of the porter escort at the lounge point (if the passenger wishes to receive lounge service).

• (If the passenger does not wish to receive lounge service) Porter accompanies the passenger to the "welcome counters" and ends the process.
