The Upper Deck viewing terrace features The Dock Bar, VIP sunbathing areas, cabana spaces, special food and beverage services, hookah presentations, and serves as a VIP section in the evening.
RESTAURANT LOBSTER CLUB SNACKS & A LA CARTE
The Lobster A La Carte Restaurant, offering exquisite products, is located at the bow of the ship in the deck restaurant area. Upon request, it serves a "Rich Turkish Breakfast" during the day and a "Signature Set Menu" in the evening. Additionally, guests can enjoy the Lobster Club Snacks menu throughout the day for an additional fee.

Ship passengers are obliged to strictly adhere to the declared rules (voucher information sheet, written visual rules, etc.).
The ship's management has the right to cut off, stop any service, and evacuate any person from the ship if they cause discomfort to others or pose a health risk after excessive alcohol consumption.
For tours canceled before the ship's departure due to unusual weather conditions, the relevant reservation can be offered as an alternative for a later date, or a refund can be made through the channel where the reservation was made.
If it becomes necessary to return to port after the ship has set sail due to weather conditions, technical issues, emergencies, or similar reasons, the refund procedure or rescheduling of reservations will be evaluated and decided by the ship's management based on the duration of the voyage and the circumstances. The refund issue is solely at the discretion of the ship's management.
It is prohibited to board the ship with dangerous, flammable, explosive materials, sharp tools, weapons, etc.
The safety of children on the ship is entirely the responsibility of the parents.
Passengers are informed that the ship's departure time will be strictly followed. No refunds will be made if passengers fail to board the ship on time.
Compliance with the ship's dress code is mandatory.
Skateboards, roller skates, scooters, etc., cannot be used on the ship.
Drone usage inside or outside the ship is prohibited
All passengers boarding the ship must be registered as required by regulations. Ship passengers agree to comply with all KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) rules available on the cosmosmoonlight.com website.
Pets are not allowed on the ship.
During the docking and departure of the ship and the transfer of passengers with tender boats; all guests must be seated securely or ensure their safety in suitable areas.
The ship's management has the authority to evacuate any passenger(s) from the ship if they speak loudly, disturb other passengers, or engage in behaviors that compromise safety.
During our daytime brunch tour and dinner service hours (09.00 - 14.30 / 18.00 - 22.30), passengers between the ages of 2 - 17 cannot travel without parental accompaniment.
The ship's management reserves the right to unilaterally revise all rules and service forms indefinitely.
