Reservation Policy

• We recommend making reservation requests at least 24 hours in advance.

• Requests made within 24 hours or less of the flight will be subject to operational availability.

• Taya Passenger Services reserves the right to apply a 30% surcharge on service fees for reservations made within 24 hours of departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If a Meet & Greet reservation needs to be canceled or rescheduled, the request must be submitted in writing to the reservation team at least 24 hours before the flight.

• If a written request is not submitted within the specified timeframe, the No-Show policy will apply.

Esim Instructions

iOS

• Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile > Add Cellular/Mobile Plan.
• Tap on Enter Details Manually.
• Enter your SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code.
• Tap on Add Cellular Plan.
• Label the eSIM.
• Choose preferred default line to call or send messages.
• Choose the preferred line to use with iMessage, FaceTime, and Apple ID.
• Choose the eSIM plan as your default line for Cellular Data and do not turn on Allow Cellular Data Switching to prevent charges on your other line.
• Your eSIM has been installed successfully, please scroll down to see the settings for accessing data.

Android

• Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager.
• Tap on Add Mobile Plan.
• Tap on Scan Carrier QR Code and tap on Enter code instead.
• Enter the Activation Code (SM-DP+ Address & Activation Code).
• When the plan has been registered, tap Ok to turn on a new mobile plan.
• Your eSIM has been installed successfully, please scroll down to see the settings for accessing data.
