Giritli Restaurant serves healthy and enjoyable appetizers and fresh fish in a restored old Sultanahmet house. The good thing is, Ayşe Şensılay, the daughter of a Cretan family, founded the Giritli Restaurant, and she is the chef herself in the kitchen.
