Madera meets with its authentic but non-traditional, shared and multi-alternative menu that we interpret with Mediterranean cuisine based on meat-oriented local tastes from Adana to Hatay.

While creating our concept in Madera, which derives from the mother "Mater" in Latin and includes definitions such as nature, nature, natural integrator, and tree and wood in its direction, we started off by being inspired by nature, nature and the power of fire, which is an innate part of it.
